While hunting in LA I harvested this 8pt yesterday with my 300 BO. Range was about 75 yards and he dropped at the shot...DRT.

Gotta love the Gold Dot when It is sent on its way with Socom powder!

Where the heck did you find Gold Dots?

I think you asked me that the last time I posted about Gold Dots! . I bought a bunch of reloading supplies during (before) the covid ramp up and again when I retired in 2021. I picked quite a few boxes on Gold Dots during those times...lucky I did, right?

So why isnt Speer producing one of the most popular if not effective bullets in the market? I don't have a clue...
