190 subs

Has anyone played with increasing velocity on the Hornady 190 subs? My 300 BO AR with a 10 inch barrel chrono 996 fps at 100 yards. If I read it right, minimum velocity to expand is 900 fps. Haven’t reloaded any yet since I have a fair amount of commercial on hand but was thinking to bump it up to around 1200 fps at 100 yards. The crack should be minimal compared to full load 110 vmax. Will be shooting out of my Savage PCS 300 BO. Appreciate any comments.

I've loaded the 190 Sub-x bullets with 12.2gr of A1680 for around 1100fps from a 8.5" barrel.

I've been doing some testing with these so I also have some loaded up with CFE-BLK, but I haven't shot them yet. I'll probably do it tomorrow, I'll post the velocity when I shoot them.

so far, I've only loaded them subsonic. if I ever see them for sale again, (at a decent price) I want to try some supersonic loadings with them.

I need to find a cheap 190 gr bullet to use to test. These 190 subs cost to much to do load development. Any suggestions?
