Don't waste the money on the Hornady, go ahead and spring for a Sinclair or 21st Cent. Just a note from personal experience.
Malinois, it's French for "Don't get one"

Re: Concentricity tool
I've only heard one one person say they correct rounds that were not concentric. They were tapping the bullet straight with the handle of a wrench IIRC. I think if the bullet was moved in order to be concentric, the neck tension would likely be loosened from the process. That could cause another set of issues.
I use a gauge to check the steps in the process to identify what is causing the issue. Not to try and correct an upstream issue at end of line.

If you were to correct the concentricity and worry about the neck tension couldt you run it back through a collet die or factory crimp to get new tension ?

I have had the RCBS tool for 15-18 years. It works for me. Improvements have been made new models released but the one I have works for me.
