Speer 125gr TNT - Great Deal Today

Post by 20X11 »

Speer TNT Varmint Bullets 30 Caliber (308 Diameter) 125 Grain at MidwayUSA with the free shipping, current sale and the rebate is a really good deal:

https://www.midwayusa.com/product/2149663126?pid=663126

https://promotions.vistaoutdoor.com/.../144/EntryForm

$63.99/500, rebate is 20% off the price. max of $100.

So if you order 8 boxes = $511.92 - 100 rebate = 411.92/4000 = 10.3 cents per bullet

Thanks!
Ordered another 1,000.

I do have a question for everyone using them. What's everyone's favorite COAL? I have been testing different lengths and haven't found a favorite yet. Although looking at the locked fav pet loads, there is some major length differences imho. Kind of surprised to be honest. I've gone as low as 2.095 and as high as 2.115, and now have loaded some 2.085. Yet I just read someone likes 2.00. That was interesting to me, because I would have never thought to go that short. So just curious on favs of coal. Thanks

I did not have had any trouble. I filed for them online, not sure if that makes any difference. I actually hit the rebate this spring & the fall one. Both came in about 4-6 weeks.

Hmm, I probably wouldn't have ordered right this minute, had I known that. Wanted to get 6.5 cm brass, but decided couldn't pass up since sale and rebate. Guess atleast got the sale.

I load mine to an OAL of 2.075. I get great consistency at that length.

I’m just thankful the plastic boxes they come in were actually boxed individually in their own cardboard box inside the larger shipping container.

I ordered six and three of the boxes were damaged two of them completely spilled out inside the cardboard box.

I wonder if the price of lead went down or something because it wasn’t that long ago that if you could find these shipped to your door for less than $100 you were doing pretty good?

Thanks. I just got done shooting 18.2gr H110 @ 2.085 and they have been my best so far. I'll keep going down and see which is best. Over 2.100 just isn't good for my gun.
