The changes added some weight but not as much as I had hoped. Pure lead weighs in at 276 grains and that means wheel weights should be ~267 grains.

I will say the other changes will help accuracy. And with a longer bearing surface it gives a lot more leeway as far as OAL goes. These should be able to be loaded from 2.12" up to 2.24" in a SAAMI spec 300 Blackout chamber.

I will get them coated and shoot some groups later.

Can't wait to see them, and how they preform. If you need anymore testers, let me know.

Going to be ordering V4.0 in the coming weeks. Miscommunication between the mold maker and myself requires me to order another mold. I just need to get some testing done first.

Not going to get into great detail but V4.0 will include something I have never tried in an AR. If it works like I am hoping it should improve accuracy, we shall see. The hangs should also add a little more weight. Maybe I can get to 280 grains using pure lead.

The only thing I need to test on V3.0 is feeding because the new nose profile. Initial testing is mixed, I had one jam up on the feed ramp.

Dolomite - if I can make a suggestion - for a design that will be hollow pointed, I recommend not using such a blunt/rounded nose in pursuit of maximum weight; it will be very difficult to get something like that to expand well, reliably. Too much reinforcement around the hollow point is counterproductive, and will produce a bullet that doesn't kill as well, even though it's heavier. A more tapered nose like 4R-5R, even a short truncated cone style, works a lot better.

I have signed contracts for production so these WILL be available for sale before too much longer. We need to do some final testing before we start production.

300 Blackout, not just for sub-sonics.

two reasons for the Second Amendment right to bear arms. One is self defense, and the other –– whether you like it or not –– is enabling the American people to resist tyranny.
