Lee Blackout mold (TL309-230-5R) any good or needs mods???

I went through 3 of these molds before giving up. I never got a bullet over .308" out of ANY of them. Then the front driving band was .302" and usually LESS. Good design, but HORRIBLE execution. This mold is loosely based on the Lee 309-230-5R, but with a few improvements. I just cast and powder coated 1500 of these today....

I see nothing at noe about this mold, did this die? I'd really like one...

If after powdercoating them, these tumble on me (just received the Lee mold) then I'll gas check them with my gas check maker, starting with aluminum can material
