The Alox and spirits are mostly a constant, people use a few different waxes for the second 45. What are info you looking for?
300 Blackout, not just for sub-sonics.

I used to, and I think it is good. But powder coating is just nicer overall. It is now so simple to do it right (not adding a lot of steps to your process) that I basically would only use 45/45/10 if I didn't have access to one of the things I need for powder coat.
That said, I would use it over conventional lubing every time no question. White label lube actually started making it pre mixed per my request years back. IMo that's where you should get it, if you want to go that way.
Two light coats, and warm it on a toaster oven and you will greatly reduce the gunkiness. Going too thick is actually more prone toward leading and smoke than two very thin, fully cured coatings. It should just be a light tint.
