After learning new (ab)uses for the charging handle, I eventually learned that 2.21" OALs (seating just below the drive band) with this bullet would short chamber, and about the longest I can do with reliable chambering is 2.13" or so (crimping just above the drive band).
I just switched to a new upper (pistol gas 16" barrel), and had the joy of rediscovering this fact due to not scrapping old load notes with the longer OAL indicated.
What OAL are you running in your ARs with this boolit, and if you ever changed, did you find that you had to raise or lower subsonic charge weights after seating deeper?

2.160 -> 2.180 works best in my SBR, but I can load it all the way to 2.250 with no problem, my 8" MAS barrel has a very generous throat.
