300 Blackout Brass
This brass is processed starting with military once-fired 5.56 varying in headstamps that include FC, RP, WCC, TAA, WMA, and LC. The mix currently consists of 98% LC with 2% WMA. The process is as follows:
- Washed with Lemishine and Dish Soap for at least one hour.
- Dried and lubed with RCBS-2 case lube.
- Processed using a Dillon Super 1050.
- Decapped, Swaged, Cut Down to 1.355", Nech expanded to .30 cal.
- Wet tumbled with stainless steel pins.
- Dried once more and dry tumbled in treated Walnut media.
Cases are checked for quality using a Sheridan Cut-Out case gauge. If it fits in the gauge it should fit any chamber. I do not provide any annealing or chamfering services.
