I wish I saw your ad before yesterday when I just ordered the saw from HF. but I will take a jig for sure. can you explain what the stabilizer does for me?

The stabilizer is an aluminum shim which attaches to the saw and fits under the jig. The saw vice is not very strong and without a shim, the jig can slip under finger pressure. When that happens, all your careful measurements are lost.

I got my product quickly, it looks great, very nce especially for the price. unfortunately, I ordered the saw from Harbor Freight the day before onlone, they sent my blades, but no saw. I contacted them and they said it was on backorder until the 28th.............wish they would've cancelled the order rather than charged me 6$ to ship the 9$ saw blades that I don have a saw for, or just kept the site updated.

Harbor Freight does that all the time. I wonder if you can specify "Do not partial" when you place an order?
