WTS 16” 300 BO “custom” AR

So this rifle is a “cheap” built 300 blackout. It runs a bear creek Arsenal 1/8 twist pistol gas length barrel. That’s connected to a palmetto upper with a palmetto BCG all hiding under a cheap unknown name brand 15.5” Handguard. The lower is a palmetto state complete a2 lower receiver. The scope is a Cabela’s covenant 4-16x44 scope with a Horus reticle.

The premise behind this rifle was a cheap 300 that I could enjoy. I have made hits consistently with this rifle out to 500 yards with 120 gr hand loads of mine. I won’t call it a minute of angle rifle because that’s a little stretch but it’s a dam fine shooter for being a “cheap” rifle. It doesn’t have a muzzle device because I used a direct thread suppressor all the time.

So your review of the BCA barrel is good ? I was thinking about getting one myself.. I like the fact they are $50ish

I’d definitely say they’re 300 blackout barrel has been great so far! I have tried they’re 10.5” and 16” 556 barrels and haven’t been happy yet, but with load development I think I can get them acceptable.
