This scope is in virtually new condition. I used it a few times last winter Coyote hunting and am only selling it because I am getting a different model Sightmark. It turns pitch black night into black and white daylight when used with the integrated IR illuminator or a seperate rifle mounted illuminator for longer ranges. It can be used in daylight with the lense cover closed which only allows light to enter through a tiny hole in its center. Rechargeable bateries keep the power on for longer hunts. Included is the Sightmark user manual and its padded carry case.

Re: Sightmark Photon 6.5X50S Nightvision Scope
I understand it is sold , but want to ask a question about how well it works . Specifically does it work without the illumination . My issue is that i need about 250 yards of range and was wondering if the sightmarks were the affordable way to go .
Re: Sightmark Photon 6.5X50S Nightvision Scope
It's an IR scope, it works short range, maybe 20-50 yards without illumination under a full moon. 250 is a stretch IMO, but with an external IR light it can be done. Mine gets 100-150 yards with the built in one, but clearer with the surefire IR. I haven't tried longer with the surefire so don't know how well it would pickup shapes.FarmDad wrote:I understand it is sold , but want to ask a question about how well it works .
