Would I be okay if...

I am getting ready to order the 11.3" 300BLK barrel, but I was wondering if I'd be okay to cut about 1" off the barrel, or if I would then need to resize the gas port.

I plan on running subs through my 9mm suppressor (only), but I need a different muzzle thread size for my QD mount. I'm hoping I'll just be able to cut off the existing threads and start from there, so it won't be a lot shorter than stock.

Yes, you can cut an inch off. You may need to enlarge the gas port, depending on how it was originally. But enlarging a gas port is 1000 times easier than shortening a barrel.
