CMMG 147 Gr FMJ

Post by BuckySWT »

Does anyone have bullet specs on this round.

It says 2000 fps

anyone know BC or bullet length?

Trying to enter data into my drop calculator on my Android.

Just got a few boxes of these from Cheaper than Dirt to play with.

I don't believe they have the data posted anywhere but I have pulled a couple apart. The length is about 1.1" (slight variations) and figure a BC in the neighborhood of .400 to .420. I would suggest starting with these values and tinkering with them to develop your dope card.

No problem at all. Pretty similar numbers I got from Sierra's calc program.
