30 cal flash hider on a 556 gun?

As the topic states.. If got a 30cal AAC 51t blackout flashhider and i thinking about putting it on a 556 gun

I know i'll need a thread adaptor but, is there any other problem with doing that?
I was hoping to trade someone for a 556 one but no luck. So ive got the 30 cal fh snd a 556 barrel

It would probably be easier and nicer looking to sell the 30 cal at a small loss and buy a 5.56 one, especially with the cost of the thread adapter. It will probably look better too. If you have a .30 Can and will be using it on the 5.56, they normally make a 30 cal can / 5.56 mount.

I've got an 18 tooth blackout mount with 1/2x28 threads

It came off a 16" 300 blk barrel im not using. Turned that rifle into a 556 SBR

Will a 18t mount work on a SDN-6? I dont think so
