aac 51t deep socket

Anyone know if the AAC 7.62 SDN-6 will have clearance for the 9" rails with a Daniel Defense 300 SBR 10/3" using the AAC 51T deep socket flash hider?

Got a message from AAC and it won't clear the handguard. I need the standard version, so this one is up for sale in the classified section of this forum.
