How can you dispose of one legally?
M.
1) yes but it is usually limited to the state you live in or it is another $200.
2) Chop saw all parts, I would keep the part of the tube that has the SN.

Take it to a local Class three dealer and ask him to take it on consignment, if he's good he will then inform his customers that are currently waiting for a can to arrive and sell it to them this will save them the time it takes to order and recieve a can from the manufacturer. It could save done one 6+ months depending on what they are waiting for. Of course they will still have to wait for the stamp.
nothing is more powerful than a young boy's wish. Except an Apache. Apaches have machine guns & missiles. It is an unbelievably impressive complement of weaponry an absolute death machine

That is why I asked what state he is in. If he is in my state, TN, I have cash if it is something I want.

I'm still willing to take it off your hands.
dead-bird,
It's yours! $10.00 and you pay the $200.00 transfer tax.
Aww too bad I missed out on that one... not often you find someone local selling a can for $10.

It was a 9mm can with an UZI mount I no longer used. Dead bird can put another mount on it. I've known him for many many years.

Well, now the guys from NW FL come out of the wood work. I was looking for a 35 can myself. Just a day late.

I sold a SWR HEMS 45 in like-new condition to an in-state resident a few months ago, since I no longer own the host gun. I'm just waiting on his Form 4 to come back approved so I can turn it over to him.

Dang, I'd have given you at least $20 for it!
