Best design for sub

Post by eskimo1 »

Looking for drawings for a suppressor. I have a permit and is legal where i live (Sweden). Like the topic says i´m looking for the best design for subsonic loads. Will most likely only shoot subs. I´ve seen some drawings years ago but cant find them now.

A humble suggestion:

While you'll probably find a lot of folks using cone shaped baffles, I will tell you they generally suck in suppressed *subsonic* blackout. Don't make the mistake of doing it.

Subsonic blackout baffles do better with baffles similar to what you'd find in 9mm and 22 rimfire cans due to the lower pressure payloads. K's and omega's usually do pretty well.

You could also research the Liberty Leonidas and see if you can come across photos of Dave's baffle he uses in it. It's probably the most effective commercial suppressor for blackout to date.
When those totally ignorant of firearms make laws, you end up with totally ignorant firearm laws.

I thought my Mystic-X was quiet until I got the Leonidas. I'm impressed.

I don't think they make it anymore, but my quietest 30 cal suppressor is the Liberty Victory Magnum suppressor with the weird square shaped baffle holes. It's quite large though.
I love guns, tacos, and lead. I use the guns. The guns eat lead. And I eat tacos. I make videos about the first 2 things.
