I have not had any problems or damage to any of my SiCo cans like some of you (yet  ) so I cannot
add a customer service experience at this time.
It started with a couple sparrows, then Hybrid, then the Osprey and now in a
holding pattern for two Omega K's.. I bought a GT Tundra a few yrs back then recently
some other can (Boat Anchor) that came with a break-down pistol packaged deal and
though they work well they most certainly don't come anywhere close to SilencerCo
options of versatility, functionality and QUALITY. SilencerCo sets the bar at the
highest level. I'm Proud to admit I'm a SiCo customer for life.

I have been using the ASR on all my rifles.
Just had to purchase the barrel adapter for each.
Simple click,click,click and Go!
Only had one issue... I needed to keep my welding
gloves in my range bag to remove the Hot can after non-stop fun

I have 10 silencerco suppressors. They all work great, and I have no complaints. Never had a problem, but if I ever do, I know they will take care of it because of their top notch service.

I didn't have welding gloves so I requisitioned my wife's Oveglove, works great. I need to put that on my Christmas list.

Well, I just had an incident with my specwar 762.
Apparently, I didn't mount it all the way. I had pinched a piece of skin when tightening the locking ring and when I loosened it to get my skin loose, I didn't tighten it back up all the way.
Anyway, shot fired, can goes flying down range.
Baffle strikes all the way through and a bigger than usual, elongated, hole in the end cap.
Called Silencerco not expecting much, since they don't carry the specwar series anymore.
They said send it in.
Because they don't carry it anymore, they had to remanufactured all the parts.
Bottom line, 3 weeks later, I got my can back, good as new, repaired under warranty.
I am, and always will be, a grateful Silencerco customer.
I may have been on the losing side, but, I'm not convinced it was the wrong side.

I have rugged obsidian 9mm and I have Rugged Surge arriving any day now.
I still want an Omega. CS is huge with me.
The Omega may be my next can, before I start buying reloading equipment.

Sorry for the zombie thread resurrection, but they're worth it.
I won't bore you with the details but a hearty "Yes" to what's already been shared here.
They "resurrected" my old Omega 30 a coupla years ago. Great folks.
As for me and my house, we will go SilencerCo! d;^)
Outside the wire it's just us chickens, dig?

That's is very good to hear. I purchased a SilencerCo Omega 36M a few weeks back, and am currently in ATF paperwork jail.
Very glad I went with a stand up company.

So far I have not had to use my warranty but I have 3 suppressors and 2 of them are SilencerCo. An Omega 300 and an Octane 45HD. I was lucky and bought them during one of their summer specials. Buy a rifle can and get a pistol can for free. Just had to pay the tax stamp. I have an ACR mount on my 300 Blackout 10.5" pistol and one on one of my 5.56 Ars. I also have a little Gemtech 22 can and if I ever want to upgrade it I will get a SilencerCo.

Let me ask you guys. Is it worth getting a 9mm end plate on the Octane? It is setup for 45 but so far I only have threaded barrels on my G17 and my VP9.
