I have a Brakeout which works well. Another option would be the Battlecomp BABC or Dynacomp 308.

I finally got my 20" upper put together with a Rolling Thunder Comp. That's a big comp!

Get the 223 version and open it up to 5/8x24 and open up the exit hole to 308.

Is this what you did? I was going to do that with a Cooley comp but saw the Rolling Thunder comp offered for 30 cal. and bought it.

I've used the PWS FSC30, AAC Brakeout, & BABC on my 9" upper. All have worked well.

Yup. Not enough gas to make that big comp work.
