Well I hastily e-filed (2) SBR's in the last couple of months. Unfortunately I realized tonight on my 9mm MKE MP5 and my 5.56 lower that I believe I screwed up the "unit of measure" e-file drop down menu.
On my first e-file last year for my 300 blackout SBR I chose "Caliber" in the drop-down for the unit of measure for my "300" selection and it went through fine. I was absolutely not thinking about this when I did my last two e-files but I also selected "Caliber" on both the 9mm in 5.56 when I should have selected "MM".
So I am assuming that both of these will likely get rejected and I'm looking for advice whether I should wait it out or go ahead and re-file both prior to the 13th. I am likely going to call tomorrow to talk to an examiner if possible but i'm just curious to see what you guys think.
I knew that the "Caliber" call out for say 7.62, 5.56 or 300 was important. I was unsure of how picky they would be on the unit of measure drop down.
