There is no Form-4 e-Form now?

So I need to mail in form-4s?

Mine too! But, I only found out because I logged in to EForms. No email for me!
And, the Form 1 still has DRAFT on it (along with the stamp and signature). I emailed Ask the Experts so we'll see what happens.

Could be. I've read that they have ongoing problems with Oracle (the system they use). It's not just them, but Oracle is glitchy. Lots of business folks use it, but it ain't perfect.

Sign in, then at the top left it will show your forms. Click the form and it will show on the page where its at.
