Hoot thanks for the explanation of your events.
I too filed on 2/1/15............so yes I have been watching more closely.
Does anybody know if Forms 1 are reviewed/process by submitter's "STATE" examiners like Form 4?
If so "by state" that would explain a few things as I am in Texas, one of the larger submitting states.

My last Form 4 was 15 months "no corrections" so I am familiar with the hurry up and wait concept.

I helped a friend of mine submit his application on 1/30/2015. He received his APPROVED e-mail yesterday, 3/23/2015. 52 days.

I'm on day 54 and the server appears to be down now - no checking status. I wonder if it's down for the weekend or only a short while....

Edit: Site is now working, no change in status! Anyone thinking the backlash on the M855 ban cost the director of the ATF his job?

I am more inclined to believe he lost his job because he didn't get it done...

Received mine today; disapproved @ 0726. Resubmitted around 1030 CST, APPROVED less than 45 minutes later. I emailed Ted Clutter my resubmit and bang...DONE.

I used a trust and it was rejected because I put my name as the applicant when it should have been the full name of the trust

How do I find an email for anybody other than Gary Schaible? I've emailed him twice, got one answer from the first email (we'll fix it on March 19th), none from the second email, and called the guy that approved my Form 1 twice (no answer either time, had to leave voice mail), with no reply.

My Form 1 (efile) was approved (signed and stamped) March 16, but still has DRAFT on it. One call I was told that it is not valid as long as it has the DRAFT marking. As of now, I'm getting no help from the ATF.

I'd appreciate any guidance or help y'all could give me.

I received an emailed .pdf with the stamp imprint and checked "approved "and signed at the bottom. No "draft" watermark...You didn't get anything like that?
