ATF Form 4 wait Times

Just got the call for my Saker 762 - will be picking it up today.

So that means I went pending on 7/19/2014 so just over 4 mos.

EDIT: Just got back and actually it was approved on 11/13/2014 - not sure why it took 12 days to pick it up. But in any event, it was just UNDER 4 mos.

My check cleared 23 May and I got the call 26 Nov that the paperwork has come back...

Just got the email from my dealer last night that my stamp came in!!

1. NFA Items: Specwar 7.62
2. Form Type: Paper Form 4
3. Transferee Type: Trust
4. Forms Sent: 8-9-14
5. Check Cashed: 8-14-14
6. Pending Date: 9-8-14, later changed to 8-13-14
7. Approved Date: ?
8. Forms Received: 12-9-14


Now i just need to get out there and do more fine tuning on my sub loads

When did that go pending? Mine was 7/29 pending, 7/31 cashed, no luck so far.

^^ Recently they started saying the check cashed date as the pending date also. Perhaps new procedures for limiting the amount of calls asking about actual pending dates.

Individual submissions from May are being approved, ie, 6+ months wait time. Trusts are taking about 4 months right now.

If in doubt, call them up....
