Mmm, seems to be anywhere from 6-9 months.

My dealer (kinda odd saying that) said that he is seeing 8-month turn arounds right now. Seems that we are going in the right direction...

FWIW E-form took 14 weeks in Ohio can't speak to paper.

Efiling a form 4 is still "no can do"
Shame too cause I'm seeing a lot reports that efile form 1's coming back approved in around 30 days or less.

Long enough that it really sucks.
Just short enough that you'll do it over and over again.

Mailed mine on December 19, 2013. Stamp came in 223 days later, about 7.5 months. I had braced myself for at least 10 months so I was pleasantly surprised. Of course even 7.5 months is ridiculous.

After this one I got a trust, and changed sot's to one who e-files, and will never paper file again.

I can wait for form 4's to be included in the e-filing. It's a lot easier to wait for something if you haven't paid for it yet !

I just got my AAC mini-4 and SWR Octane 45HD cans and stamps yesterday on individual paper Form 4s submitted Jan. 31st. I was expecting 10-15 months and was happy to have gotten them in 6-1/2. My previous two paper individual Form 4s took 10-1/2 months when I submitted them last February and got them last December.
