AAC 9" MPW
AAC 762-SDN-6

SBR was ordered in March, took 2 months to clear the Form 3.
Suppressor was ordered May 25th, and still has not cleared the Form 3.

According to NFA tracker it appears Form 3's are running around 3 months so it should be any day now, and then looking like I'll have a 10 month wait at least for the suppressor, and another 6 months on the SBR. That's what I get for wanting to avoid sales tax.

Got my SBR AND 762-SDN-6 stamps yesterday. Both went pending on 01/31/13 so almost 7 months from pending.

a mystic that's not even through the dealer-dealer process and a spectreII that was in stock locally for an ok price considering cost of transfer. Spectre form was mailed in late april and didn't go to pending for several months, june or july can't remember. dude at nfa branch said to expect them around march. wasn't expecting lead times to jump to 3 months for dealers and 9 months from the time it goes pending. probably be this time next year before the mystic is available :(

I heard if you send the paperwork now, you are probably looking at 12 month wait.
I am waiting on a AAC 762-SDN-6 suppressor, a SBR, and should be filing a Form 4 for a SilencerCo Osprey 45 next week. Hoping the AAC stamp arrives in November.

Bought my Cyclone, did a trust and paid for the stamp in one day. LGS sent everything off that week in April of '12. Called the ATF today, form was approved (? not sure what word to use here-passed on would be more correct) in JULY and I will have my paperwork nicely in hand this coming April. How efficient and accommodating of them.LGS says no, it will be here in 7, course he don't know sh#t.

OPS 12th Model, SDN-6, and M4 2000. My PS90 barrel is at TROS and hoping to see that this month.

... sigh ...

Have three SBR Form 1s in and a Form 4 for an SWR Octane 9 HD2 ... that MAY clear before the end of the comment period.

Also have Form 4s in for two Octane 45s that will probably be a month or two long for the end of the comment period.

My Sheriff doesn't sign ... so may be in a major problem w the cans.

... sigh ...

In most of the rest of the world, cans are not even controlled!
