is the fd258 finger print card the correct card ro use?

Hey guys while I was in little rock I stopped by state police headquarters and told them what I wanted done and they said no problem they did my prints electronically and printed the cards. They are the blue and white cards that say FBI on the back and the card number is fd258 but I've been reading on the web and I'm getting conflicting info saying use fd258le are these two the same? Thanks
