Cast sub sonic load data for lee 230gr

Hi I’m a uk shooter just ordered a rarr in 300 blackout can’t wait to get my hands on it not many uk shooters using the 300 yet but I like the versatility of the calibre as I shoot indoor & outdoors but the indoor range is restricted to 475 foot pounds of muzzle energy. has anyone been using bullseye or red dot or similar with a 230gr cast bullet. I was thinking around 4 to 5 grains. Has anyone tried this and did they shoot ok, for I have had good results with my 30/30 win with cast bullets with 5.5gr of vectan AS powder.
