How Many Pictures/Prints?

I'm about to file a Form 1 and Form 23. It's a Trust.

I need a photo on each of the two copies of the Form 1 for the ATF, a third copy of the Form 1 and another photo for the CLEO, and a photo on the Form 23, for a total of 4 photos, correct?



And the fingerprint cards, two cards with the Form 1 and Two cards with the Form 23.

But I would need one more card, and no photo for the CLEO, correct?

That means, 5 fingerprint cards, and 4 photos total. Correct?

Why not log onto the ATF website and click on "Ask an Expert" and ask your question? Or maybe read the requirements for each "form" on the ATF website.

No idea about the number but the state dept. has a neat little formatting tool if you want to print your own. I use it for passports and it works well.

How do I find out who the CLEO is? Do I use the local PD, the Sheriff, or the State Police?

Local PD if you have one. Otherwise sheriff would work.

Just get arrested there at home and ask for duplicates of the mug shots and prints
