New Sig scope with 300 BDC and customized elevation turret

Post by dellet »

Looks like the Sig line of optics is either on the street or close. They showed up as a new product/out of stock at Brownells.

The 1-4 and 3-12 both have 300 Blackout BDC reticles available as well as MOA and MIL. You can custom order a calibrated turret. One is included with the order.

They also show a Tango 6 available in 1-6 and 6-24 with the same reticle, but i can not find any info directly from Sig.

With a 4:1 zoom firstfocal plane design, illuminated glass reticles, 30mm tube and revolutionary ZeroLock™ turrets, TANGO4 riflescopes are the ideal solution for mid to long range tactical engagements, designated marksmen, and hunting. A unified industrial design integrates functional components like ZeroLock™ (lockable turrets) and MOTAC™ (Motion Activated Illumination). Includes one FREE SBT™ (SIG Ballistic Turret) customlasered elevation dial calibrated to your unique ballistics and environmental conditions.

I can see getting one for the 300blk reticle.

I would love to get them side by side with the SWFA line of HD scopes.

SWFA has a better price point than Brownells.

Did they have any more info on the 1-6? Are same reticles available as the 1-4

A lot of places will probably have a better price than brownells :|

Magnification and pricing doesn't tell the whole story.

I am a proponent of SWFA. I think their bang for the buck is better than Primary Arms.

I am just curious to see how the clarity of the glass, light transmission, fit and finish, weight, how easy it is to change magnification, turrets and things like that.

Sig does have more reticle options.
SWFA has a great reputation amongst glass snobs as a great budget option that won't give you buyers remorse.
