Thank you for the response and the current purchases. The 100ct boxes are up on the website.

As far as the “Hot Sauce” goes it is a recipe our creative director came up with and had bottled. It is not very spicy but has great flavor.

Hopefully this helps with some starting data. Most of you are experienced loaders and know this already but I have to say it, this is just a recommended load that works for me in my guns in my area.

17.5gr WC296, S&B Primers, with a C.O.L. of 1.910. My velocity out of the 16” bolt gun was between 1950-200FPS (I can’t find my exact numbers right now). I have shot it out of 4 different style guns. 16”CMMG 1:7 twist, 16” PWS, TSAR 300, and a 16” Bolt gun. I am in Meridian, Idaho and I keep my loading room at 65 degrees right now.

Sorry I am not on here very much, if you need immediate questions answered email me at [email protected] or call 208-703-4815. If you get a second check out our new target stands, and let me know what you think of those as well.

Wow looks like I almost nailed it for guessing a starting load. Now I just need to find the time to shoot them.

Well I finally got to test fire a couple of loads with these bullets today. I made two batches of 10 each and fired them in 5 shot groups. The gun I used is a Tactical Solutions TSAR 300 upper which has an 11" barrel and an AAC SDN-6 suppressor on it. All the rounds were loaded to a col of 1.900" and I used CCI 450 primers.
The first load was with 17.5gns of H110. My two groups averaged 1979 and 2001 fps and grouped about 1.5" @ 50 yards. This was pushing the 2000fps threshold but there was no signs of the plating peeling. I will probably make another batch with 16.5 and 17.0 grains to see if they group better.
The second load was with 18.0 grains of IMR 4227. The clocked 1834 and 1884 respectively and grouped under .5" Yes I said .5 inch as in all 5 shots were touching one another.
Also I had just got done with about 150 subsonic loads I was developing with A1680, 4227, and RE7 so the gun was pretty dirty. All 20 rounds fed and fired fine and the bolt locked back each time. I have to say for a cheap plinking load I don't think it gets any better than this. I don't shoot supersonic loads much and save them mostly for friends to shoot the silencer just to see what its like. With 460 of the 500 I ordered left I will have plenty of plinkers to last a while and will definitely be ordering more when the time comes.

Interesting. I loaded 10 with 17.5gr WC296, CCI 400, C.O.L. 1.910. Shot them through a scoped, suppressed 8". Forgot my tripod so I didn't chrono. Function was fine, but the ten shots grouped about six inches at 100 yards. I guess I'll try a lighter load before giving up on them.

Any more feedback on these?

I ordered a 500 count box to try out but finding powder right now for someone new to 300 blk is almost impossible.

My bank account can't afford it at the moment, but I'd jump on these guys!

This company, under their previous name (same owners and same system of operations under a new name is all), Powerbond, has a reputation of being the thickest-plated plated bullets out there. Right up there with Speer. Google "powerbond smash test" and you'll find images where several hammer blows flattening their bullets like pancakes did not expose lead, whereas Berrys did.

I'd totally buy two 500-rd boxes (free shipping) with confidence, if I just had somemoney...

Waiting to hear more accuracy results. I normally run 125s over 19gr of H110 which is pretty stout and does 2030ish out of my 8.2". Im thinking these could be great over the lower powder node at 17.5gr which will be easy on brass and be well under the 2000fps threshold. Just want to hear some accuracy reports. After the extreme plated bullets terrible accuracy I'm hesitant to jump off the deep end for some of these.

For this cheap, it would be worth it for ninja commando nerding out. I'll be buying some for square range practical rifle practice. I just shot up about 100 of my Speer 125 TNT loaded rounds during a night shoot the other day. Using a weapon light, moving to cover, etc. Don't need even MOA for that.

How does your 45 and 40 bullets perform? My dad and I will be looking at some to bulk load after the first of the year. I grabbed some of the 308s to try, still in the mail but can't wait to load some up!
