I have actually looked at all of those and a few others, for the most part back orders are not allowed, and prices are not guaranteed. The best that you can do for now it seems is to add it to a wish list or be notified when in stock.

This guy is right, Robert. As was explained to me by my LGS yesterday, you can't order what the distributor doesn't have listed. Until the distributor has it on hand, it is not available to order.

Right, but dealers can call the distributor and make sure the distributor has it on order.

Distributors may not know that dealers want it.

This just popped up at several of the above sites. I ordered 15 boxes from Cromwell's for $14.05/box plus $13 in UPS shipping.

I bet it is. What makes me hesitant is that it's $.34 less/box than cost from any distributor I work with.

Yeah, even the government version is $14.50/box at .gov pricing. I hope this price isn't too good to be true. It's about $5/box lower than average, although some have it for about $16 or so per box.
