What press are you wanting to use them on?

We made the vacuum port tool head because the Dillon Precision tool heads are to thick and would not expose the vacuum port of the trim die. That is why people were cutting down their factory tool heads to expose the vacuum port of the trim die. We saw the cut down tool head only as band-aid and not a real solution for the problem. That is why we made the GSI Vacuum port tool head.

To answer your other question. You do not need to pre-trim your brass. The roughing die properly supports the brass when trimming off the neck of the .223/5.56 casings. The roughing die preforms the neck for 300 blackout and the finish trim die final forms the neck and cuts the final length of the case. There is no other little gizmos or gadgets needed to convert .223/5.56 into 300 blackout.

Looking forward to seeing a tool head for the Dillon Super 1050. Hopefully it will be large enough to support two trimmers getting the job done in a single step.

Please read post #1, it specifically notes the 650XL and the tool head pictured is for the 650XL and the video they posted above is of the 650XL.

I think the dies we currently have will be to short for this machine. I need to make a set for you guys that have other machines. With this set you would need to use the longer Dillon Trimmer for 7.62x39, but then you could use the plastic vacuum attachment that comes with the trimmer. Most people have the short trimmer for .223 that is what we started with that one.

Can you guys also supply the 1200 or 1500 trimmer motor, or do I have to go elsewhere for that?

Thanks. I'll pick one up locally, I was just hoping for an all inclusive order.
