O.K. Why 187gr? Considerable experience has demonstrated that 200gr is minimal, >210gr is desirable and 220gr is ideal for reliable functioning in an AR platform.

FWIW, Lehigh Defense's 170gr subsonics cycled my AR with a suppressor just fine, and it is not overgassed. I was surprised by it, but it comes down to the powder used. Gemtech certainly wants AR15 related sales volume. I'm sure it was loaded with that in mind.

Per this link it's $169 per 200 or $0.845 each $16.90 a box of 20.. $845 a case of 1K wonder when, or if, it will be available and at that pre panic price.
Long distance, the next best thing to being there!
