Short bullets like that are no good for feeding in ARs.

Yes, the Barnes ammo will be the answer to our dreams. Then you have the UMC for practice, and the Barnes for home defense. The AccuTip is also a home defense and hunting option.

Well played, solid copper lacks the density of lead so a lighter bullet would carry the same length and yield higher velocity.

The Barnes is both full length (as long as 5.56mm ammo) and just 110 grains.
