I'm in for 3 HB's now, I'm curious about comparing the HB can to the 2 QD cans from Q when I run them?

My iPad doesn't like their website. Anyone know how much this thing costs?

The honey badger was cool years ago. Too bad AAC/remlin punted it. Now a-days there are lots of compact ar15 stocks and even a few really good integral 300blk uppers. Still it's a neat idea and would make a fun toy. I wonder what DB numbers at the mussel and th ear this thing produces?

I really like the stock.

The AAC MPW is and was 1600.00 full MSRP. These rifles will be available to dealers. I'm sure it will be limited quantities at first.

A SCAR 16 is around 2400 and it isn't that much over Dealer price. They are on backorder and very difficult to find.

Now, I would love to buy the stock and bare upper receiver.

I'm surprised they didn't have full ambi controls. At Shot show Kevin said that the Honeybadger would have the Radian Talon Selector. The photos in the preorder appear to be milspec type selector.

Just some observations

Thanks A-Game. For some reason my iPad won't load anything more than the home page.

So..... about 3k when you add the two tax stamps. Or is the barrel 16 with the can?

I haven't gotten a response from Q yet regarding the buffer system. If it has the standard spring noise upon cycling, i'm prob out. So used to shooting subs now without it (thanks to my JP SCSs, and getting ready to try a Geisselle braided spring/buffer), i just don't think i can go back to it. All i have figured out it that it is "proprietary"...

EDIT: JUST RECEIVED EMAIL RESPONSE. The HoneyBadger uses a proprietary buffer system that sounds a lot like the SCS. The spring is inside, not contacting the inner diameter of the buffer tube (paraphrased)...
"Of course I'm carrying a gun. It's where I keep my bullets".
