As to ISIS, action is not likely until the general public & left leaning politicians see that the threat is a "Clear and Present Danger".

I don't get the impression that the Right wants to do more against ISIS and the Left is trying to do less. I think both sides want to drone them from the air and that is about all.

I have not heard of anyone complaining about the Stars and Bars, just the battle flag by the Army of Northern Virginia. I support the flag in the rebel sense, though not any racist or slavery connection.

But the North didn't have to pay export tax, as the raw cotton wasn't leaving the country. France, England, etc. had to pay export tax on raw materials, but not on finished goods.
