My wonderful grandma died on Dec. 22. My family last visited her at her house this last summer and got a great shot of her with an AR on the handlebars of her scooter. It would make a great avatar but I can't get it sized properly. It was shot with a nice digital SLR type camera so the image is too big for this currently.
Help please!

Open a free account at Photobucket...

Then upload the photo from your computer's 'Documents' to your Photobucket album.
Once it's in your album, you can Edit it, which includes resizing. Maximum avatar size for this forum is 150 x 200 pixels, or 39kB.
Then you download the avatar into your computer's Documents and let the forum upload it from your machine.
Or you can email it to me and I can resize it for you.
