did you use their services and were you covered for any and all expenses as they state ?

Checked into it a couple of years ago and I chose not to enroll. Lots of opinions on whether they have the sole right to determine whether or not they will represent you. Sketchy shoooting, when you probably need them most, they may choose not to represent you. It also appears that their status from state to state is not the same and that status determines whether they are regulated or not; insurance vs. legal services. They do a great job marketing.
