I have been to Seattle once 3-4 years ago. I doubt I will ever go there again. the down town smelled like a sewer and the place was over tun with bums. the area is beautiful but not down town Seattle.

I lived in West Seattle for 18 years, beginning in 1976. It was a pretty nice city and you could make a good living, but the underground alternative lifestyle types began to gain more influence in local and state politics. It's a hot mess like most cities and states where the elected 'leaders' are corrupt socialists. Montana is where I grew up and now reside again and here in the Capitol city we are fast becoming like most other liberal enclaves. Real people are finding society more disgusting every day and here in the Big Sky our cities and towns are not immune.

I'm here as well. Becoming disgusted with most of the US population. Have been researching retirement out of the country.TRshootem wrote:I lived in West Seattle for 18 years, beginning in 1976. Tennessee is a cheap place to live but the religious nuts will make it rough. Not normal religious people but closed minded, snake handled by, tongue talking clan types.Steve Urquell wrote:I'm here as well. Becoming disgusted with most of the US population. Been trying to get medical MJ here. Talked to a guy and he said he loved his wife too much to legalize MJ. Knowing I shouldn’t have I went ahead and gave him a “huh” sort of look. That is when he said if MJ were legalized all the gays would move to Tennessee and they would turn him gay. He said he loved his wife too much to be gay.
When the lottery was being discuss a bunch of signs showed up along the road. They said things like the lottery is a sin. Gambling is the devils game. We had protests and people were willing to fight you over it.

Holy bizzare formatting. If you type "gay" in lower case, the board turns it into caps.
