Nicely done sir.

I'm guessing the helper there had it cut wrapped and in the freezer while you went inside to develop the film? :P
300 Blackout, not just for sub-sonics.

LOL. He helped cut it a little and had to dig the hole to bury the remains.

Not much. I did not get pics of the inside, but it hit a rib on the way out.

Cool. Looked like it may have gone through shoulder, although I wouldn't expect you to try that with a sub.

Glad you got on the board so early this year.

This guy was following a drag that had estrus on it. He was less than 7 yds from the front of the blind when I decided to shoot him in the neck.

As a side note. I bought one of the Spypoint cameras. I love this thing. but you have to have the 12v battery, because even with lithium AA it only lasted 3 to 4 weeks as much night time activity I had.

I decided to go all out this year on processing. I made some breakfast sausage and summer sausage. But the first batch was kind of a flop. I used fatback to mix and did not take into account that it was salted fatback.

However after I learned my lesson I got some pork shoulder and made a bunch of my family recipe italian sausage, then some brats, more breakfast sausage, summer sausage and pepperoni. So far these are all a hit.
