What is a good Night Vision Monocular?

Post by robertstevens »

I have been wanting to get a decent night vision monocular for a while. I know nothing about them. Who here has one, and what is a good make and model to get? The most I would want to spend is $700 or so.

Any input greatly appreciated.

For $700 you'll need to define what you mean by "decent". I know what I mean by decent but my definition of decent isn't doable for $700.

I've had an PVS-14 for years now.

My 300BLK handgun with NV. (with 5 mw IR emitter where it can be seen)

About the best you’re gonna get at that price is the Syonix Aurora.

Recommendation is to spend a little more and get a Pulsar axion thermal...even the Key model performs well. I have the xm30 axion and it is outstanding in the field.
