Unlike converted brass, the necks will be perfect thickness and be annealed.
In addition to that, the flash holes are drilled and not punched.

Bottom line, if you are looking for brass with the maximum accuracy potential, Lapua or Norma is the way to go.
For the majority of folks running ARs, converted brass is perfectly fine though.
I wouldn't run the high end brass unless I was using it in a bolt action.
I would add that I seem to have a noticeable decrease in unexplained flyers with almost any 300Blk headstamped brass over converted. I do spend the time to uniform primer pockets and flash holes, but not the necks on both cases.

The other thing I liked about using Norma brass, was that out of the box it was at the max end of spec. This allows being able to size it to my chamber for the first shot. Hopefully the Lapua will be the same.
300 Blackout, not just for sub-sonics.

Makes sense. Down the road I'll have to pick up a 100 cases and try loading for maximum precision for my 700 and see how it does. Wish we could get a lot more speed out of the heavy bullets. Would be pretty cool if you could get a lot longer range accuracy out of the 300 blk. But I knew going in it wouldn't have that.
