I have had issues with a wmd nib bolt doing that with reloads and factory loaded ammo. Changed bcg and it fixed everything.

On the sizing question I usually always size like every one else is telling you to but I'm going to try moving my shoulder height further up but then the press doesn't cam over and I don't get a consistent shoulder height like that. I have thought of using arbor shims on top of the shell holder to get it to cam over. Just a thought.

The absolute most accurate way to set your shoulder on FL sizing is to use the Redding Competition shellholders. After using a comparator of some sort to get an accurate baseline measurement of your shoulder position, use the appropriate Redding shellholder to achieve your desired shoulder set back. The ability to adjust your FL die for a solid 'cam over' while using the shellholder itself to adjust shoulder position is what makes this system so consistent.
