Has anyone used these?

I got them to try and to expand upon my reloading database here for the 300blkout http://www.dayattherange.com/?page_id=3817
The problem I see is that they are the same price as the Hornady 208 and 225gr bullets.

I plan to get them shot and see how they do.

Same price = What's the point? Why did they even bother. Either they are trying to rip people off or they completely fail to grasp the concept off lower price and sell more of it, higher price sell less of them.

I agree 100%

I use a lot of berry's bullets in pistol calibers, but not if they're the same price as Hornady or Sierra or insert other brand here.

Take off $$, I'd be in for some. But not if I can Amax or matchkings for the same price.

I'm having awesome results with Leatherheads 220gn Hi-Tek coated lead for .13 cents a pop. Can't see paying more than 2 or 3 cents more for plated.

I just ordered 100 of those yesterday, and will be testing them fairly soon. I'm also disappointed in the price, but my hope is that Berry's will sell them cheaper at some point, maybe in higher quantities. For now, it was worth buying 100 just to see how the plating holds up when fired. I've been getting too much lead in my suppressor with Hi-tek coated bullets, so I'm looking for an un-leaded option.

Cheers,
Rusty

Team apologies I have not been able to get to this, life gets in the way. The later half of 2016 was rather difficult in losing my mom and mother-in-law within a few months of each other. I will get them loaded up and report back.
