Crimp/too much Crimp & overall length questions 208 subsonic

From a previous post, I asked about powders to use:

15 of the 208 a-max, reused gemtech brass. 10gr imr4227. BHO with & without can. No sonic crack (don't have chrono yet) so I am unable to verify speed. Fed through a factory 9" AAC pistol and another vltor custom with a 9" aac barrel. Overall length was just shy of 2.258-60, barely a crimp.

Questions:
1. How much crimp? (If any). I have 4 in my question bucket. .3255-.3285 just inside of case mouth while all about .330 midway between case mouth and shoulder.

2. Two were 2.245 & 2.253 in length. Too short or ok to fire?

2. Do we cause problems by shortening to 2.255 overall while maintaining the 10gr of this powder?
