OK, I did a little case cutting (Lake City) and found the reason behind my assumption of 12-12.5 being the max load of powder. I drilled out the ENTIRE primer pocket too big and was actually into the case wall.
So, upon further review and more case cutting my determination is thus:
A double cannalure, 140gr. .308 tracer M25?/62?, with the open end of the projectile filled to prevent powder from entering, 1.355 case length and the bullet seated to the cannalure closest to the base ......
The MAX case capacity of H110 is 14.8gr.
The MAX case capicity of Lil'Gun is 13.9gr.
YMMV
FYI ...
The weight of powder it takes to fill the open base of the bullet is:
.8gr. either of Lil'Gun or H110
GDS, your weight of H110 seems to be spot on 100% case capacity.
I believe I will order a chronograph and start my work-up based on 14gr of H110
Results to follow in a few weeks.

Re: Comprehensive M62/M25 (tracer) Supersonic load data
UPDATE, for those that care.
Shooting from an AR style, 12.5" barrel with and without AAC suppressor
I loaded the tracer rounds into cases that measured from 1.360" - 1.365"
14 gr. of H110 seated to the first cannalure closest to the base.
The case was tweaked with a Lee FCD.
Velocities ranged from an avg of 1550fps to 1650fps.
No issues with primers or cases.
Shooting in a mist no fires we started.
CONCLUSION:
I think I could probably add 1/4 to 1/2 of a grain to achieve a bit higher velocity but for SHTF/plinkers I have a great round.

Re: Comprehensive M62/M25 (tracer) Supersonic load data
thanks for the update
I'm having similar trouble finding load data for 145gn tracer that is 1.330" long with one cannalure about .460" from the bottom.
I'm working wth lil gun but also have H110 on hand

Re: Comprehensive M62/M25 (tracer) Supersonic load data
I know this is an old thread but I have some 140 grain tracer bullets that I would like to try in my 300 blk. The problem is I only have Vihtavuori N110 powder and I am unsure of how much more or less than the mentioned 14 - 14.5 grains of H110 I should try. It is going to be used with my SBR 10.5" 1 in 8" twist. Any suggestions?

I’m running the 145 at 2.130 with 16 grains of H110 it runs awesome!! And yes they will burn the woods down!

Thanks for your post. I have been reading for days looking for info on reloading these tracers in 300bo.
I'm going to try to reolad some in the next couple weeks and see how they shoot.
I'll mostly use them for punching paper at 50, 100 and 200 yards
