I get really good accuracy using 19.0 grains. Unfortunately I do not have the full details of my load in front of me, mainly the overall length but I do know that it's longer than whatever AAC originally recommended for that bullet when the blackout first came out.

I am using mixed brass with good accuracy which is a plus in my book.

I load mine a little longer (2.075). 18.1 grs of H110 gives me 1/2 inch groups at 50 yds (1 hole) using rem 7 1/2 primers. That is with mixed brass trimmed to 1.358 with a "medium" Lee factory crimp.. Just over 2100 fps avg.

My Pet Load for the TNT:
18.5 H110, 125 TNT, 2.06 OAL, CCI400, trim length:1.356 (mixed brass), light crimp
1 ragged hole @ 50yds, 1.125 moa @ 100yds from my DPMS 1/7.
2235 fps av.
Only 5 & 10 shot groups are used for testing.
I ran them from 17.2 up to well above any published data. The best results for ME were @ 18.5
I "REALLY" like these bullets!

I worked up from 18.1gr to 19.0gr of h110, loaded at 2.050", WSR primer.
Out of the 8.5" CMMG barrel, no issues with any of the loads. 5 shot avg.
18.1gr - 1,930 fps
18.4gr - 1,940 fps
18.7gr - 1,951 fps
19.0gr - 1,971 fps

Wow!

.9gr increase in powder and only a 40ft/sec increase in velocity.

The curse of a very short barrel.

At the same time with a pistol powder you probably have used up all the powder by 16" of barrel.

Well about to use this advice personally because the local shop just had two 8 pound jugs of H110. That are now coming home with me.

I would get an adjustable charge bar for that autodisk powder measure. Only about $10 and works very well. I have 3 on 3 different tool heads. The discs can a real pain to find the right combination for x.x grains when working up loads. The charge bar can just be dialed in to whatever load u want.
