RCBS Trim Pro motor schematic

Does anyone know if there is a schematic available for the RCBS Trim Pro motor?
I'd like to look at the feasibility of increasing the RPM of the cutting shaft using a variable resistor in order to shorten trim time when doing large lots of brass.
