They were very accurate out of my Remington 700, but I traded it for an Encore--haven't tested them through it yet. I kinda prefer 125 gr SST's, though.Wo0dzm3n wrote:So far the model 7 is my fav. Re: 110gr Sierra Varminter HP
Know this an old thread but bullets for reloading are slim pickings. Found some to add to the collection but would like to know if these are worth it. Read the thread and seems some had issues with jamming. Anyone shooting these bullets?

Re: 110gr Sierra Varminter HP
1 inch at 25 yards isn’t to good. What is your OAL and powder used? Any jamming going through a full mag? I used H110 for Hornady 110 V Max and Barnes 110 Tac TX with 1/2 inch or less at 50 yards.
Re: 110gr Sierra Varminter HP
H110 17.9 coal of 1.970 and in my 16" with carbine gas I get 1" at 100 yards they shoot the same POI and POI as the factory Hornady black V max
this is the first time shooting them in the 8-1/2 and with a suppressor and no support just off hand and no jams

Sounds promising.
